The 330s are due to go to MAN at some point, maybe related to that
No doubt, possibly by early next week ?
Possibly but looking at some pics, MAN is quite full.

Reported elsewhere is possible fuel stop TUI A321 9H-VDB which is currently at Gander having arrived there from Santo Domingo c/s GTR3104.

If it leaves Gander tonight as planned it will be at GLA at an anti-social hour.

Airborne for about an hour out of Gander

Interesting outbound routing Chongqing (CKG) - Nur-Sultan (TSE) / Nur-Sultan (TSE) - Katowice (KTW) / Katowice (KTW) - Reykjavik (KEF) /
Reykjavik (KEF) - Gander (YQX) / Gander (YQX) - Santo Domingo (SDQ)

I'm guessing ship crew repatriation or PPE supplies

Probably both. PPE to Poland then positioning sectors to SDQ for ship crew repatriation.

The routing to KTW from China is one of the routes that's been getting used by Wizz and others for transporting PPE supplies using A320/321.

It went straight over my street several times, good job I was up anyway. I stood in my garden listening to it pass over at 0030. Similar routing this morning, but I can see it this time. It's actually very quiet for something it's size.

When I first heard it pass over I just assumed it was a GAMA medical flight heading out somewhere. It really wasn't a big deal, and as I said earlier, it's so quiet for a large aircraft. The Herald and Evening Times have been running frequent articles on these flights, and the extremely poor standard of journalism the ET puts out these days generally comes with some sort of conspiracy theory attached to boot. NIMBYism in action again.
I honestly think they see it on Glasgow Live, which seems to have a spotty schoolboy plane spotter as a source, and decide to make a story about it, tempting people to think it’s the military doing something about Covid-19 then a wee line at the end saying it’s a standard training flight. So yeah, p!ss poor click bait at best.
