Potentially an Aer Lingus UK A330 inbound. Looked like it was heading towards NCL but I think that's SNOCLO now.

edit: landed on 05, got just past the intersection of the old short runway and done a 180, parking at the old threshold of RWY10.

Looks like it had to stay overnight and is only just departing back to MAN this morning. Don't know if the pax had to stay over as well.
