I'm not going to criticise the wish list since it's clearly just a child sharing their dreams and their enthusiasm for aviation. It's not coming from someone with an understanding of economics, so there's really no point in debating it.
I've seen more outlandish wishlists from grown adult EDI-fanboys who claim to have real world understanding.

Surely someone has even just random rumours of new routes starting?
Nothing, but from my experience of following aviation forums for over 20 years, I’m skeptical of any rumours. In most cases, it starts with Person A posting a completely made-up claim or a wish list on one forum. Then, Person B takes it to another forum, saying they've "heard a rumour" that Person A’s imaginary route is happening, and just like that, a rumour is born.
The only time these things seem to materialise is when something is genuinely leaked, usually within 48 hours of an official announcement, like the Ryanair base opening. I can’t recall any long-running rumours that have ever actually come true.
I think there have historically been some persistent rumours that eventually came true. PK were rumoured for years before they started.
As for current rumours, they've clearly talked to PK, but who knows if that'll ever happen. TK has been openly said to be in the pipeline by the airport management, but as Clive mentions, still no sign.
It would be interesting to see an interview with the new CEO to see what he's thinking.

Just checking the arrivals for tonight. Between 4.29 and 7.30pm a total of...6 arrivals. Departures not much better with 6 too. Quiet, much? When do the summer schedules kick in?

Summer/winter scheduled timetable changes normally coincide with the clock changes twice a year - not so sure about the holiday airlines though.
When I was in departures last Sunday Morning after the air transit left I think the international pier was empty for about an hour. I got the joy of departing through gate 30 for the first time on KL. I think by time I left there was 3 planes on stand. Should really be trying to get some away based in to fill the gaps.

That is grim! By comparison, during the same timeframe (16:30 to 19:30), BRS had 14 departures, more than GLA managed in its busiest hour all day, which saw just 10 departures. Unbelievable, really.
Even Liverpool saw more activity during that window, with 9 departures, just one short of GLA’s peak hour! Leeds and Newcastle had more flights too, both logging 7. At least we outpaced PIK and the other two AGS airports.
